Floor Board (also: floor Board, floor Board) - profile detail of wood for flooring. It is a milled Board made of solid wood (in contrast to the parquet Board, glued from several layers), so it is able to withstand a greater number of cycles. For fixing between them has a groove on one edge and a ridge on the other. On the inside of the massive Board is a recess (or a series of recesses), which allows you to remove the tension of the wood and prevent warping from fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
